Couple of things to mention here…
I’ve been a little quiet lately but for good reason. Some of the things currently in the works are:
1. the Illusion of Hope is now on iTunes. Check it. You can “donate” to the cause by clicking the “buy” button
(PS the “buy” button works for all my other tunes as well!)
2. Playing with Lucid Mechanism again.
Two dates before the end of the year. A private party this month and a show at Great American Music Hall on Dec.1st to benefit the MuST (Music in Schools Today) Foundation.
2. A “remix” as it were for my friends and fav bay band Death Valley High. You can check them out here. Do it, they’re siiiiiik.
3. Sculpture. See photo. I’ve just been looking for other ways to experiment, and I chanced upon this wire stuff about a year ago, with 3 or 4 different pieces and a handful of shit around the house… This piece is made up of about maybe 50′ of wire attached on a glass plate and free formed by hand for a little under an hour, which is quite a contrast from the ammount of time it takes me to finish a fucking song… so i like it.
4. I also did an interview (my first over the phone) with the ever supportive Jessica of Phoenix Always Rises… ill repost and link when that goes live…
I know the LM gig at GAMH is pretty expensive so frankly i dont expect anyone to come out, though it would be great for the kids studying music that the $$$ goes to… but when theres a gig with a reasonable cover you’ll be the first to know!
At least in the meantime you can still support me by grabbing some of my tracks on the cheap!!!
